Recruitment Consultant, NES Fircroft Manchester The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing the full recruitment process. This role combines business development, candidate engagement, and market expertise to deliver successful hiring outcomes and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Outreach - Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients & build relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment opportunities and promote our service offerings. Candidate Sourcing & Qualification - Identify, engage, and qualify candidates to assess suitability against client requirements and market demands. Interview Coordination & Placement Support - Arrange candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from shortlist to offer stage. Coordinate feedback and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
