Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer

We are currently recruiting for a vibrant and rapidly expanding firm in West Essex.

Our client is seeking a qualified solicitor, conveyancer or legal executive to join their busy team. They seek individuals who demonstrate ambition, commercial acumen, discretion, adaptability, open-mindedness, resilience, and analytical skills.

Previous experience in residential property matters is essential, ideally in excess of 1 year and across a wide variety of matters including freehold and leasehold, sales and purchase, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
