Landlord and Tenant Property Finance Commercial Property Sales and Acquisitions Private Lending Minerals and Waste Management Sale and Purchase of Development Sites Plot Sales Option Agreements Promotion Agreements Overage Agreements s.106 Agreements Other Statutory Agreements The role is to take over an existing, busy caseload and would suit Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE who are able to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should be 3 years + pqe, will need to be a good communicator, able to deal with a range of residential conveyancing transactions (25-35 new instruction each month), both freehold and leasehold and include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties etc. They are looking to develop and expand the office, so a willingness to be involved in business development will be a key requirement of this role.
