Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected, independent property business in its search for a Property Manager. This is a varied and people-focused opportunity suited to someone who is proactive, personable and highly organised, with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent service.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Building positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants.
  • Handling enquiries and providing a professional and responsive customer service.
  • Organising repairs and maintenance works and coordinating with relevant contractors.
  • Arranging property inspections, visits and check-outs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records.
  • Supporting tenancy renewals, agreements and associated administration.
  • Marketing available properties and conducting viewings.
  • Monitoring property compliance requirements, including safety certificates and inspections.
  • Managing day-to-day issues with a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Desirable experience

  • Experience within property management, lettings or estate agency.
  • Transferable experience from customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, logistics or another customer-focused environment.
  • An ARLA qualification or an interest in studying towards one.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
  • Saturday, 9.00am - 1.00pm on a one-in-three rota.

Previous property experience is not essential. Applications are welcomed from individuals with transferable experience gained within customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, logistics or another fast-paced environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
