Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
£40,000 - £50,000 Full Time Office Based
A unique opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified Employment Solicitor to join an established and growing business in a broad, client-facing advisory role.
This position offers exposure to a diverse range of employment law matters, combining legal advice, drafting, dispute support, compliance projects, training and thought leadership. You'll work closely with corporate clients, providing practical and commercially focused solutions to workplace and business challenges.
This role would suit an ambitious lawyer looking to move beyond a traditional fee-earning environment and become a trusted adviser to a portfolio of business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters
- Supporting clients with employment tribunal claims and workplace disputes
- Drafting, reviewing and updating contracts, policies and legal documentation
- Carrying out compliance reviews and risk assessments
- Producing legal updates, articles and guidance materials
- Delivering seminars, webinars and client training sessions
- Building strong client relationships and providing ongoing support
- Contributing to the development of services and solutions for clients
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- NQ to 3 years PQE within employment law
- Experience advising employers on employment law matters
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving
- Confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
- Keen to develop specialist expertise within a highly respected business
