Lead Gas Engineer: Field Specialist & Mentor

Platform Property Care is seeking a highly skilled Lead Gas Engineer to provide technical leadership across our gas servicing operations in Leicester, Coventry and surrounding areas. You will mentor colleagues, resolve complex repairs, and help deliver safe, efficient, customer-focused services.

Reporting to the Heating Service Delivery Manager, you will support access to properties, drive improvements, and ensure high first-time fix rates while maintaining a flexible approach to appointments.
