The role of a Sales Negotiator
- - You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
- - Registering new applicants
- - Negotiate offers between the Vendor and Buyer
- - Generate new business and new clients
- - Book Valuation appointments
Package on offer (open to negotiating based upon experience)
- - £20,000 Basic salary
- - Car Allowance
- - 10% commission structure that rises to 20%
- - 3 month guaranteed salary
