LOCATION: Exeter, Devon

SALARY: 12.71 Per Hour

DURATION: Initial 3-4 weeks with potential to extend

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm (38.75 hours per week)

THE COMPANY: Our client, a fantastic organisation based in Exeter, is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys supporting customers, managing queries and providing excellent service. This role would suit someone from a customer service, hospitality, administration or coordination background who is organised, proactive and confident speaking with people.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Coordinate customer requests and communications via telephone and email.
• Support with inbox management and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Handle incoming calls confidently and professionally.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
• Support the wider team with general administration and coordination tasks.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, administration, coordination or a similar role.
• Confident communicating over the telephone and via email.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
• A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to support the wider team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team within a busy environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Temporary role initially for 3-4 weeks, with potential to extend.
• Office-based role in Exeter.
• Immediate start available.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm.
