You will be working closely with students who have a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, moderate learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, nurturing, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.The RoleAs an SEN Learning Mentor, you will work on a 1:1 basis with identified students, helping them to access learning, remain engaged in lessons, develop independence, and build confidence throughout the school day.You will act as a positive role model, providing consistent support both inside and outside of the classroom while helping students overcome barriers to learning and participation.Key Responsibilities
