IG Group in London seeks a Senior HRBP for Tech, Product and Ops to lead executive partnering across a c. 500-person area, including teams in Kraków and Bangalore. You will drive organisational change, coach senior leaders and oversee complex ER matters in a regulated fintech environment.
You will partner with the leadership team, balance business needs with people risks, and raise the bar on culture and performance while developing two HRBPs to deliver consistent, high-quality partnering.
