The role
- Manage a varied family law caseload
- Advise on separation, divorce and financial provision matters
- Handle residence and contact disputes
- Advise on pre-nuptial agreements and adoption matters
- Conduct hearings and proofs
- Support and supervise junior team members
- Deliver practical and compassionate advice to clients
About you
- 5+ years' PQE in family law
- Experience handling a broad range of privately funded family matters
- Advocacy experience, including hearings and proofs
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
- Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
