HR Coordinator / HR Administrator
Remote (with occasional onsite attendance) ASAP Start 3-Month Contract
£13.50 - £14.00 per hour
We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join a busy and growing team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for longer-term opportunities for the right person.
What you'll need:
- Previous HR experience is essential
- HR qualification desirable, but not required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident using a variety of systems and technology
- Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
The role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
- Predominantly remote, with occasional onsite attendance when required
- Supporting a range of HR activities across the business
- Opportunity to take ownership of key HR processes, including the appraisal system
- Potential for optional Saturday morning overtime on a rota basis
