Stewardship and Philanthropy Lead, hireful

Location: Hybrid working, with at least one day per week in their London office

Salary: £46,371 per annum

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week (part-time applications will be considered)

Our client is seeking an experienced Stewardship and Philanthropy Lead to strengthen donor relationships, increase philanthropic support and help maximise their impact for London's communities.

This is a key role within their Grants and Impact team, leading the stewardship and growth of their existing donor portfolio. You will help strengthen donor relationships, support long-term engagement and identify opportunities to grow philanthropic support.

• Lead and improve donor stewardship and engagement
• Manage relationships with strategic donors and endowment holders
• Identify opportunities to retain, renew and grow donor support
• Oversee donor reporting and communications
• Use data and insight to inform portfolio management and decision-making
• Line manage and support the Philanthropy and Grants Manager
• Contribute to the leadership and development of the wider team

• Significant experience in philanthropy, donor stewardship or relationship management
• A strong track record of growing and retaining donor relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and managing donor portfolios
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• A collaborative and proactive approach
