Guardian Jobs is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead and grow a high-value donors programme in a hybrid role across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. You will own major gifts, shape strategy with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, and drive substantial income through strong donor relationships.
The role requires strategic, hands-on fundraising with the ability to secure five- and six-figure gifts and to manage senior stakeholders including Trustees and the CEO.
