We're seeking Senior Managers to join our FS Private Capital team, bringing strong tax advisory experience in asset management - including international fund structuring and UK corporate tax.You'll lead key client relationships, broaden your exposure, and help drive strategic growth across asset management and private capital.

EY's FS Private Capital Tax team, based in London and Manchester, advises leading UK businesses, US inbound groups, and global asset managers across hedge funds, private equity, credit, and real estate.

• Lead the successful delivery of complex UK and international tax advisory projects.
• Drive our growth strategy within the asset management and private capital markets.
• Build and strengthen trusted client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, supporting their career development.
• Contribute to the strategic and operational management of the team
• Support business development activities and contribute to practice growth.

• Proven track record of leading complex tax advisory work for asset management clients and their funds, including international tax matters.
• Experienced as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Demonstrated success in business development - winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Deep understanding of tax issues affecting asset managers, funds, and partnerships.
• Experience across a range of fund tax matters such as fund formation, asset acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, and management structures.
• Strong client focus with the ability to deliver practical, commercial tax advice.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate across teams.
• Committed to high-quality work and effective project delivery.
• ACA / CTA / Law qualification / Tax Inspector with full technical training, or equivalent.
• Strong UK and international tax technical knowledge.
• Experience in asset management tax advisory (within a Big Four, accounting, or law firm).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.Professionalism, initiative, and confidence in managing complex engagements.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
