ECT / Newly Qualified Primary Teacher

Aspire People are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers and newly qualified Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are looking for your first teaching role, completing your ECT induction, or looking to gain experience across different schools, we have a range of opportunities available.

The Role:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher working towards completing their ECT induction
Recent experience teaching within a primary school
Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
Confident classroom management skills
Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
