The Role:

As the successful International Tax Manager

• Manage global partner tax compliance, including international tax reporting, year-end calculations, and UK Double Taxation Relief.Advise on cross-border tax matters, withholding tax, and international mobility while identifying and managing tax risks.Drive process improvements through AI and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.Lead and mentor junior team members while collaborating with global stakeholders and advisors.

What You Need to Succeed:

As the successful International Tax Manager you will have:

• Relevant accounting or tax qualification with Manager-level personal or corporate tax experience.Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-specialists.Collaborative and organised, with the ability to build relationships, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of international tax issues affecting professional partnerships is desirable.
