ER Advisor - Belfast - Hybrid

The Opportunity

MCS Group is partnering with a large, multi site service organisation to recruit an experienced ER Advisor.

This role offers varied, hands-on casework within a supportive HR team and exposure to a large front line workforce.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing grievances, investigations, disciplinaries and dismissals.
• Conducting investigations and producing clear reports, outcomes and recommendations.
• Advising managers on ER procedures, employment legislation and best practice.
• Supporting absence, performance, capability, TUPE and organisational change matters.
• Managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced operational environment.

About You

You should offer:

• Practical experience managing grievances and workplace investigations, supported by a sound understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
• Experience writing investigation reports and reaching balanced conclusions.
• Confidence advising and challenging managers on complex ER matters.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• CIPD is desirable.
