Purpose of the Role
The Springer Nature Editor Engagement Team works to engage and mobilise the external community of over 100,000 Editors and Editorial Board Members (EBMs). As part of the Editor Training function, the Manager, Editor Training is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training that supports Springer Nature's Editors, Editorial Board Members (EBMs), Reviewers and Guest Editors to have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Partnering with subject matter experts and colleagues across the business, you will translate specialist knowledge into engaging eLearning experiences, with a focus on research integrity, for the Springer Nature Editorial Academy.
The location strategy supports team structure and aligns business needs.
