Commis Chef Temp to Perm Witney, Oxfordshire (OX29)
£16.00 per hour
Monday to Friday 6:00pm 2:00am Immediate Start
We re recruiting a Commis Chef to join a well-established contract catering team in Witney on a temp-to-perm basis.
Working alongside another chef, you ll help prepare and serve evening meals for approximately 150 people across two services. This is a great opportunity for a Commis Chef looking to develop their skills and progress within a professional kitchen.

Duties include:
- Reheating and serving food prepared by the day team
- Cooking some dishes from fresh
- Preparing salads for the salad bar
- Preparing for breakfast service
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Supporting with general kitchen duties
What we re looking for:
- Previous kitchen or Chef experience
- Reliable and confident working independently
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Own transport essential due to the location and working hours
