Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

In your first year, you will:

• Source, interview, and support candidates for temporary and permanent roles
• Write professional CV profiles and market candidates to schools and clients
• Work closely with experienced sales consultants to increase placements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Work towards achievable KPIs with full managerial support
• Earn commission throughout your training and development

Salary, Commission & Benefits

• £30,000 basic salary
• OTE £35,000 - £42,000 in Year 1
• Commission paid from day one
• 35 days annual leave, plus reduced hours during school holidays

Career Progression

After completing your first year and graduating from the IMPACT Academy, you'll move onto a dedicated sales desk and receive advanced training in:

Graduates who perform well can progress quickly into Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and Management roles.
