Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer to work at a college in Hull, starting ASAP and likely lasting until at least June 202.5 Ideally the school are looking for a temporary to permanent deal, where the successful candidate will spend 12 weeks on a supply basis before committing to a permanent contract with the college. Payment for this position will be between 20 and 35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, while on temporary, and ranging from 28,900 - 38,900 while on permanent. Working hours for this position will be 8:30 - 4:30, resulting in 35 hours per week. This role will primarily involve teaching Carpentry and Joinery to Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC students. Having experience within the sector is ideal for this role, as the role will involve practical teaching as well as theoretical. The College is located in Hull, and is central, meaning it is easy to reach via public transport from all areas of the city. There is a car park onsite, but there are often not spaces available. Parking at a very local car park is available, with spaces always available, and this can be paid as additional wages.
