Functional Assessor: Weekdays, Hybrid After Training

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor (WCA & PIP) in Guildford to provide structured, evidence-based assessments. You will conduct consultations (face to face, video, or phone) and write clear reports to support benefit decisions.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm with no weekends or night shifts. Training is fully paid, and a hybrid option becomes available after completion, with salary progression across WCA and PIP pathways.
