Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, comprising three Talent Acquisition Advisors and one Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, whilst maintaining ownership of key recruitment campaigns and strategic hiring requirements.
This is a highly operational and hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment whilst driving the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function from a transactional recruitment service into a proactive, data-driven and strategic talent acquisition model.
Working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across the business, the Talent Acquisition Manager will enhance hiring capability, improve workforce planning, strengthen employer branding, build talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
The role is paying £50k per year with a performance related bonus of up to £2k. It can be based anywhere in the UK. But regular travel will be required especially to our Head Office in Holborn, London.
