Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent mapping initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise and market insight. Build strong relationships across the business and influence hiring decisions where appropriate. Champion an exceptional candidate experienceand a consistent recruitment approach. Support the development of the employer brand and represent the organisation at recruitment events as required. Drive the evolution of the recruitment function into a true Talent Acquisition model. Lead improvements to recruitment processes, systems and ways of working. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive efficiency, quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Contribute to wider Talent Acquisition and Talent Development initiatives. Key Requirements Proven experience leading and developing recruitment or talent acquisition teams. Strong hands-on recruitment experience across volume, specialist and professional hiring. Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience developing talent pipelines, direct sourcing strategies and workforce planning initiatives. Track record of delivering process improvements and driving change. Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making capability. Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
