Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team, comprising three Talent Acquisition Advisors and one Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, whilst owning key recruitment campaigns and strategic hiring requirements.
This is a highly operational and hands-on leadership role, delivering end-to-end recruitment while transforming the function into a proactive, data-driven model.
