M&A Transactions Lead (6-Month FTC)

Kennedy Pearce Consulting seeks an experienced M&A transactions manager for a real estate business on a 6-month FTC or day-rate basis. You will own and deliver transaction processes across buy-side, sell-side, and financing workstreams, reporting to Senior Management with updates on live deals.

The role requires ACA/CAANZ-level corporate finance/M&A expertise and the ability to rapidly onboard and contribute from day one, liaising with advisors and deal counterparties as needed.
