Domestic Abuse Support Worker
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: 27,467 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary until April 2027
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with some home-based working and travel across Stockport

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join a dedicated service supporting individuals and families affected by domestic abuse.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-led, strengths-based and holistic support, helping people improve their wellbeing, build resilience, increase independence and, most importantly, stay safe.
You will act as a key point of contact for individuals requiring support, helping them identify their own solutions and develop personalised plans to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
The role will involve working across a range of community locations within Stockport, alongside some home-based working.
