Hybrid Block Manager: RMC Portfolio Lead (Dorset)

Block Recruit is seeking an experienced Block Manager in Bournemouth. The role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days at home after probation) with a salary of £38,000-£43,000 + DOE and flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will manage a portfolio of residential blocks, oversee contractors, prepare service charge budgets and chair AGMs while liaising with leaseholders and directors. A driving licence is essential.
