We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.What we can offer you:Access to our company pension schemeOn-site GymDiscounts on everything from groceries to well known retailersAccess to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your householdOne paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your communityOngoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potentialWhat you'll be doing:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer, collaborating closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality candidatesScreen applications and create shortlists of qualified candidates, while maintaining excellent candidate communications throughout to ensure a positive recruitment experienceUtilise and maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) to progress recruitment activity and track key hiring metrics including time to hire, cost per hire and source of hireBuild and maintain talent pools for future requirements, proactively headhunting candidates through social platforms for hard-to-fill positionsProvide consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice interviewing techniques and assessment methods to support effective decision-makingHost and participate in job fairs and support continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment processes and outcomesWhat we're looking for:Previous recruitment experience in either agency or in-house environments, with preference for candidates who have recruited for operational, engineering or industrial rolesDemonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment environments with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality standardsProven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partnersProficiency in candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques across social platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library.Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageousExcellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environmentWhat's next?Apply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.We're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
