A good knowledge and experience of talent mapping and succession planning. Strong experience of strategic workforce planning Knowledge of employee engagement. An experienced project manager who can deliver multiple strategic and high-profile initiatives. Have a proven track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in an operational environment on confidential and challenging issues. Veolia Group is seeking a Strategic HR and Workforce Planning Lead to shape talent pipelines across the UK. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves managing succession planning, pay and career pathways, and senior stakeholder engagement.
