Job Description
The interim Bench Joiner will:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to produce wooden components accurately.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and finish wooden items to meet required standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they match specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Carry out repairs or modifications to wooden components when needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bench Joiner should have:
- Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
