We're looking for two new experienced Payroll Specialists to join our finance team and help deliver an accurate, compliant and person centred payroll service for approximately 1,800 colleagues.

Reporting to our Payroll Lead, you'll take responsibility for the end-to-end monthly payroll process for allocated services and act as a trusted payroll contact for operational managers and stakeholders.

What you'll do

Deliver end-to-end monthly payroll for allocated services, ensuring accurate and timely payments and deductions

Act as a main payroll contact for managers and stakeholders

Check payroll input is complete, accurate, authorised and submitted on time

Resolve payroll queries clearly and escalating more complex issues when required

Support statutory returns, payslips, P45s, P60s, pensions, reconciliations and month end activity

Use payroll audit findings to strengthen controls, improve data quality and reduce recurring issues
