Deliver responsive and professional support through the HR inbox, ensuring queries are managed efficiently and consistently.
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of people-related queries.
Support the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Help identify and address gaps in policy documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, People Assistant or People Advisor role.
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing confidential employee information and records.
Understanding of HR processes and employment documentation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A customer-focused approach with the confidence to support employees and managers professionally.
