Quarriers Countryview is seeking an Intensive Support Practitioner to provide person-centred support to children and young people with disabilities in a warm, safe, homely environment.
The role operates on a 7-day rota with part-time contracts from 15 to 30 hours per week, paying £15.02 per hour. You will support medical, personal care and wellbeing needs, respond to nighttime anxieties, monitor wellbeing and record information clearly.
