MissionNeko in London is seeking an experienced UK Lead to own the clinical people agenda as the organization scales. You will shape the UK structure, design clinic teams, and lead talent decisions across clinical leadership, frontline managers, and global partners.
You'll work embedded in clinics, spend time on the ground, coach leaders through hiring and performance conversations, and translate central People programs into clinic-ready practice while aligning with global strategy.
