G2 Legal Limited seeks a Senior Associate/Partner-level Solicitor to join its commercial IP practice, handling sophisticated IT, licensing, SaaS and technology agreements. The role emphasises client relationships, ownership of significant matters and business development within a specialist IP environment.
With approximately 4-8+ years' PQE, you will advise on commercial agreements and IP exploitation, working closely with clients to align legal strategies with business goals and growth plans
