What will the HR Advisor role involve?
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling of issues such as sickness, maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests
- Supporting recruitment activities, including onboarding and new starter surveys, with insight into trends and improvements
- Assisting in managing performance reviews and probationary assessments, supporting managers and addressing any issues proactively
- Conducting exit interviews to gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting in the review and development of policies aligned with employment law and organisational values
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
- Proven experience in a HR role, with relevant employment law knowledge and employee relations
