Residential Care Team Leader - Lead and Develop Support

Lifeways is recruiting a Residential Care Team Leader at Dukes House in Wallasey. You'll work with the registered manager to guide a dedicated team, delivering life-changing support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and communication challenges.

The role involves leading and motivating support workers, promoting independence, maintaining records and ensuring personalised care plans, plus supporting staff development. A background as Team Leader or Senior Support Worker is desirable.
