Recruitment and Resourcing Manager

A large national not for profit organisation with offices based in Manchester.

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer and managing a team of Recruitment Officers, the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager's duties will include:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent for the organisation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the creation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an effective resourcing plan to meet future workforce demands.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

The successful Recruitment and Resourcing Manager will have:

• Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing (not for profit exposure desirable).
• A strong understanding of human resources practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Competence in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.

A salary of c.£40,000 (dependant on experience) plus an excellent benefits package

Please note, this role will be based at the organiztion's offices in Manchester 5 days a week.
