Strategic People Partner - 12 Month FTC (Hybrid)

Wade Macdonald is partnering with a hi-tech organisation based in Milton Keynes to recruit a People Partner for a 12 Month FTC. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering commercially focused people solutions and guiding organisational change within a high-performing culture.

The role combines strategic partnering with hands-on HR, including ER matters, workforce planning and collaboration with Talent, Reward and L&D.
