Job Description



As Influencer Marketing Lead, you will own and shape client North Europe's influencer marketing agenda across our consumer brands, helping us build greater cultural relevance, credibility and advocacy.

You will develop and lead culture-first influencer strategies aligned to brand and business objectives, identifying the right opportunities, talent and communities to connect with consumers in authentic and impactful ways.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer strategies across Danone brands, integrating influencer activity across social, PR, media, content and wider marketing programmes.

  • Identify, vet and recruit talent across celebrities, creators, micro-influencers and healthcare professionals.

  • Lead campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, sourcing and negotiation through to briefing, content delivery and reporting.

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with creators, talent, agencies and their representatives.

  • Own influencer performance measurement, working with media analytics to drive Share of Influence, Earned Media Value and campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage and optimise a significant influencer investment, ensuring activity delivers against agreed objectives and budgets.

  • Act as Danone North Europe's local expert for Traackr and help build influencer marketing capability across the wider marketing organisation.

  • Stay ahead of emerging creator, social and cultural trends and translate industry best practice into opportunities for Danone.



What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced influencer marketing specialist/leader who combines strategic thinking with strong executional and relationship-management skills.

You should have:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering influencer marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the creator, social, digital and earned media ecosystem.

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns, talent negotiations and agency relationships.

  • A performance mindset, with experience using data and insights to test, learn and optimise.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work across a complex organisation.

  • A passion for culture, creators and identifying new ways for brands to become more relevant and influential.
