Desktop Support Engineer

Looking for an experience IT Support professional to be the sole on site IT support person for around 50 users of a pharmaceutical company based on the Cambridge Science Park.

This role is to work for the MSP, it is 100% office based on their clients site, Mon - Fri 9-5:30.

You will do all the 1st line support, including deal with any hardware related issues and escalate more in-depth faults to the remote 2nd, 3rd line support teams.

Applicants for this role must have a customer facing attitude and be confrontable and enjoy doing face to face IT support.

Technically it's a MS Office, Windows environment.

Must be confident with hardware: setup, configuration, printer issues etc.

The role is signed off on a 3 months rolling period.

This is offered at £200 per day outside of IR35.
