Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you'll: Source and interview high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with teachers, support staff and schools
• Write professional candidate profiles and CV summaries
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies
• Develop new business opportunities
• Manage client and candidate relationships
• Work towards realistic KPIs with ongoing support
• Negotiate placements
• Earn uncapped commission from day one

Career Progression

Following successful completion of the IMPACT Academy, you'll move onto your own specialist recruitment desk where you'll continue developing your sales and business development skills. Typical career progression includes: Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Lead Consultant, Team Leader, Business Manager, Branch Manager. Many of our leadership team joined the business as graduates.
