Your new role About the roleAs a Senior Project manager you will work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor, providing the necessary input to allow the Quantity Surveyor to report on the current and projected financial status of the project. Helping develop the projects main logic of works programme, ensure that no work commences on site until health and safety policy and the relevant construction phase plan is in place.
You'll have previous leadership experience in the construction industry, along with a degree in a built environment discipline or relevant trade expertise. Ability to supervise projects from inception to completion, whilst exemplifying our commitment to Health & Safety, and ensuring quality and best practice will be second nature to you. Above all, you'll be a confident and credible communicator, who can explain complex issues to sub-contractors and clients at all levels of business.
