You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of court services and supporting the delivery of justice.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for service users, responding to enquiries in person, by telephone and in writing, while delivering a professional and high-quality service.
Full training will be provided. Candidates should avoid booking holiday during the first few weeks of employment, although pre-booked holidays can be accommodated.
Brook Street is proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant and as such, we guarantee to interview all candidates who are veterans or spouses/partners of military personnel, and who meet all the essential criteria for the vacancy.
As a Disability Confident Leader, and holder of the Gold Award status from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, Brook Street, as a supplier to the Public Sector Resourcing Framework (PSR), will offer you a guaranteed interview with a PSR Sourcer.

In cases where we have a high volume of ex-military candidates/military spouses/partners, who meet all of the essential criteria, Brook Street will interview the best candidates from within that group.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are only able to contact candidates who have been selected to progress to the next stage of the recruitment process. If you have not heard from us within 1 week of your application, please assume that your application has not been successful on this occasion.
