We re looking for a polished, personable and highly organised Front of House & Member Experience Manager to become the welcoming face of a premium workspace and Members' environment in Bristol.
This is a customer-facing position focused on handling a busy reception desk and delivering an exceptional experience for members, clients and guests. You ll be the first person people meet, so your ability to create a warm, professional welcome will be just as important as your organisational skills.
Alongside front-of-house responsibilities, you ll help ensure the building operates smoothly, looks immaculate and consistently reflects the quality of the brand.
What you ll be doing
Provide a warm and professional welcome to members, clients and visitors.
Manage the reception area and act as the main point of contact throughout the day.
Build positive relationships with regular building users.
Answer calls, manage emails and respond promptly to day-to-day enquiries.
Coordinate visitor access, deliveries and meeting-room bookings.
Prepare meeting rooms and shared spaces ahead of bookings and events.
Conduct regular building walks and identify any presentation or operational issues.
Ensure reception, communal areas and member spaces remain immaculate.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other building-service providers.
Report faults and follow outstanding issues through to completion.
Keep members informed about works or issues that may affect them.
Maintain accurate building, visitor and operational records.
Monitor supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
Support member events and activities within the building.
Handle member requests calmly, professionally and efficiently.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistently high service standards.
Support the opening and smooth operation of an additional Bristol location as the business grows.
About you
You ll be naturally warm, polished and confident, with a genuine interest in creating an excellent experience for everyone who enters the building.
You ll ideally have:
Experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, workspace, property or building coordination.
A strong customer-service background within a premium environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional and confident manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage several priorities without losing sight of the customer experience.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
Confidence working with building suppliers and service partners.
Good IT and administrative skills.
The ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods.
Pride in maintaining high visual and service standards.
Experience within premium hospitality, luxury retail, private members clubs, serviced offices or another high-quality customer environment would be particularly relevant.
