• Working within a sheltered housing scheme
• Providing high quality administration support
• Managing customer enquiries
• Supporting rent and tenancy administration
• Processing invoices
• Dealing with all enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
• Providing reception cover

Essential requirements of the Housing Support Assistant:

• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months
