A specialist school in Chippenham, Wiltshire is seeking a patient, compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Worker to join their team and provide tailored support to children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional needs.
As an Autism Support Worker, you will work closely with children to understand their individual communication styles, sensory needs, interests, strengths and challenges. You will provide consistent, child-centred support that helps children feel safe, understood and able to engage with their education.
