Retirement Villages Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activity across Castle Retirement Village in Berkhamsted and Debden Grange in Saffron Walden. You will own the sales journey from enquiry to move-in, building trust with potential residents and their families while meeting targets across both villages.
Based at Castle Retirement Village, you'll collaborate with Marketing and Village teams to deliver a professional, seamless customer experience.
